Organic coffee is coffee produced without the aid of artificial chemical substances, such as certain additives or some pesticides and herbicides. Mexican coffee originates from the central to the southern regions of the country. This is why the coffee from Oaxacan Plumas can be considerably different from Coatepec and Veracruz coffees.
